Yea you are not supposed to leave Velen up to get Facelessed. With nerf to Raza it is going to be so hard to pull off the damage needed. Cubelock will always just hold a Faceless to copy the Velen. The only other start I could think is run Alexstraza get to 15 then next turn play Velen and do the Combo at 1 mana 4 damage per BUT Cubelock can still hold a Spellstone as well...15+8=23 Going to be almost impossible to d0 23 damage with Velen Combo for 1 mana unless they change to more 0 cost spells and now it becomes a weaker deck and more clunky just to try and play around their defense of your strategy...phew very confusing.
He was hard mulling for the weapon which is by far the best card in the deck against highlander. Card draw on turn one is something you're just happy with if you don't have exactly what you want
How do you feel about the 1 mana common cost Prince card that destroys a minion, and buffs itself. I understand having a cube with 2 Doomgards, or Mountains then Taldaram can morph into one of those has great value. I just do not have him yet lmao. instead of Prince Taldaram. What is a better choice?😅( probably will not get a direct answer from Firebat lol I run this deck and three other variant Warlock/demons & Cubes decks)
Lol ty guys, i get it now. I was somehow thinking the exact damage was also the amount you get healed. 3x4 for the damage and the damage x4 for the healing
