It's your cultural upbringing. If you're raised AS white by your white parent, you'll never understand what being Black is. If your white/Asian parent teaches you about your Blackness, you'll understand what BEING Black means.

You don’t feel like anyone as a person has a no right when they have a financial capability to make a change in the places in where they grew up. Even if you’re ripping it saying this is where I come from. the problem with our cities in LA, which is where I’m from and I had to leave it’s been bought up by Russia and China. Those are countries that have nothing to do with the culture or the place. I was told because they were buying up everything in LA and they were causing a greater gentrification than we’ve ever seen in this state and the city that Hispanics and blacks we’re going to be pushed into the desert areas of Los Angeles County. So why wouldn’t it be a due diligence of someone who came from the area to help and create jobs in the area. The difference between black and Hispanics is Hispanics help each other and we don’t. We say things like the thing you said before it’s not their responsibility but it’s our responsibility to help each . One of the most prolific people stepping outside of their lane is magic Johnson. He created more jobs for Black people. Let me say marginalized groups in Los Angeles challenging Starbucks to allow franchising of their stores. That’s how we got them in the areas that we wouldn’t have them in, in Los Angeles. He created a movie theater that’s why we got one of the biggest black owned movie theaters in our community. so for us to be able to have things how it used to be in the 20s 30s and 40s when we had so many businesses and the black dollar bounced around our community more than once and we were prosperous. Do you not remember how in the 20s, 30s and 40s were in the black community? you had lawyers, doctors, businessman, and people of prestige in our communities and if you don’t know it or not but I do I remember it. I remember having a community when people were struggling, we helped each other and they help each other and didn’t hear someone talking about them after they help them. So this would make him become political. This is him poring back into a place that he comes from. Everybody should do that and our communities wouldn’t suffer. I do enough community work on my own and I went to school and have a doctorate degree I go back because I want them to know that I still care about what goes on here and I will do the work to make the change so that our black children can see people like me still loving the place where they come from so they can see people like me but want to see in the place where they come from. do you know how many of us come back into our communities to actually do the work, we move out and never look back but we still have people left in our communities that need us. We complain about the state of it, but we never do anything about it so if you’re not gonna do anything about it, don’t complain about it if you’re not out there doing the work keep your mouth shit. But it’s all of us, and it’s going take all of us. If we’re waiting for the government to do it will never have it.
