Not Making Things Right 

I appreciate that both the plaintiff and defendant dressed appropriately for court, unlike many of the other litigants I've seen on this show!

Defendant was his dad side piece. Even the judge was lowkey like, “why your dad so close to his mechanic?”

I nearly died when she gave the verdict and the defendant said “ooohhh”

As someone who watches a lot of auction car rebuilds, 1000 means something is extremely wrong with the car which is why hardly anyone was bidding on it, and plus it's a Saturn. Whoever sold it at auction must of been so relieved they got rid of it, I bet it was sitting there for a while. The defendant definitely must of missed something while inspecting it.

The plaintiff looks BAD ASS. Super sharp dresser and that eye makes him look like a handsome villain in a movie.

The price doesn’t always mean the car is bad. I bought a 2002 Ford Escape at auction for just under $1000. That included the new title and registration. I had no problems for a year. I had to replace the coolant tank. $50. Then no problems for 5 years. I had to replace some coolant hoses. $200. My baby has 300,000 miles on her now. And is still a good car. I drive her to Arizona, California, and Utah every month. Be good to your car and your car will be good to you.

When a person has their phone pointed towards you like the defendant does in the chest pocket of his shirt I always assume it’s recording. I’m surprised the judge and them didn’t make him take it out.

The story started unraveling for me when he said he took the defendant along to the auction just to be a mechanic and not because he had the credentials to attend the action, and then admitted he did not have the credentials and the defendant did.

GM got rid of Saturn in 2009.... time to find a new car and mechanic, especially when he is “always” fixing the fathers car....not that good if you have to have the car fixed repeatedly

Auto auctions are the last place you want to buy a car. Those cars are their for reason. No one wants them. NEVER BUY A CAR WITHOUT A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION BY A LICENSED MECHANIC.

At 11:43 the defendant's top button is undone, at 11:48 it's done up again and then at 12:01 it's undone again... ha ha ha

Not sure what actually was going on with the father and the mechanic...it seems like the father chose the defendant over his own son. Maybe the father was not happy with the way his son turned out, and decided to try another kid as his own! Definitely had a negative effect on the son if that's the case.

Heres a hint about the saturn ......several cars have their catalytic converter too close to the gas line..... After having the car for a while......suddenly, they start shaking, shuddering and then stop dead. They have to be totally cold before theyll start again. I rerouted the gas line away from the catalytic converter End of problem......the Horizon by chrysler and its cousin Cars all had that problem too. The converter gets hot, especially if it's a few years old.....it vaporizes the gas in the gas line.....so no gas gets to the engine. It wasn't an expensive fix, but mechanics couldn't find the problem. We put it up on ramps and laid under it watching the engine run. The converter became white hot and the car spluttered and died. A rerouted gas line fixed the problem and we got years more use from our vehicle.

auction cars are usually junk, you dont get 2 check them out. its a waste of money going 2 an auction if you dont know how 2 fix junk cars
