Роликов на тему испортить новую или рабочую вещь -много. А вот из говна -полезную очень мало. А на счёт стяжки я всегда стягивал раньше плоскогубцами, сейчас ещё проще- хомуты разных видов! А народ всё велики изобретает. Спрашивается зачем?
Суета не стоит результата. Сделать хомутатель можно и проще. А для натяжки проволоки вообще достаточно Г-образной трубы или прутка с поперечным отверстием на коротком конце.
