I love when they would make toys of characters in the style of the movie who you always wanted to see in the movies but they for some reason never ended up in there
@@ShartimusPrime it’s not an exact look alike but it’s pretty close to it sorry it ain’t the highest quality video but as said I can see where it falls to be this guys main inspiration the yellow eyes the body shape it just seems the game one is a more mechanized heavy verison of said figure ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7Me04RMnrjg.htmlfeature=shared
The toy doesn’t come from any comic, some Tory lines back in the day were making figure of something that should’ve been in the movie like a doom bot or something like wolverines comic accurate costume on the toy for X-Men origins Wolverine. Sometimes it can be based on concept art other times they just wanted to have an extra figure in their line.
That still stands up against modern figures pretty well! I was scrolling and saw the thumbnail and was like "wow, that's a pretty cool lookin figure!!", even tho I had ZERO idea what it was. Sik
That toybiz ultron design was later used in the Marvel Ultimate Alliance video game. Technically the toybiz hulkbuster was a concept design too, it was similar but not exactly like any hulkbuster design at that time. I always like this doombot figure, but because I dont know if from the comics ive never been crazy about trying to get it.
I've seen this thing on clearance at kaybee years and years ago. Not worth the secondary market mark up. But definitely one hascrap should seriously consider redoing 😂❤💩
You know there’s a variant to this figure . One has orange lights and one has red lights . One has “frosted” paint and one does not . I had both but traded one off.
hey shartimus, can you do a throwback thursday review on the toybiz mecha hulk? i got it on my 21 birthday a few weeks ago and i would like to see you do a remaster review of it
