That one live Worlds opening is my favorite, even tho I wasn't there haha. The Arcane news we had recently was that S2 is confirmed releasing in November 2024, and that Riot directors confirm the episodes are awesome according to them!
For your first question: no, there's no "skill cap" in League of Legends at all. Casuals like me never ever could be as good as any pro, despite knowing so much about the game, because it's pretty much a chess game: there's billions of micro decisions every second. Pros are not perfect at the game, but they take more correct decisions than the average player, and that's what can make even the highest rank of the game (challenger rank) can be so far from what we see inside pro games. For example. my region (Brazil) never crossed the play-offs mark at the tournament despite having only 1 team, but Korea and China's teams (around 8) almost always are at play-off matches. They're all pros, but even between them there's such a gap you wouldn't think they have the same skill level (in theory). Faker is the best player of all times because he's the absolute GOD in high level decision making.
About skins, every winning team since the first tournament get to chose one champion per player that will get a "Winners" skin, so we have 5-6 skins every wear. Last year, the winner, DRX, got: Ashe, Caitlyn, Aatrox, Maokai, Akali and Kindred Usually the skins are made around the team's symbols
It was so funny after the 3rd winning of SKTT1 Faker had 3 skins under his name, while the others had one, since he was the only triple World Champion at this time... And he was famous from never using skins in game.
there are a few short documentaries by riot about the esports, really recommend them to understand how big this all is. Also, some of the guys in the video of making of legends never die also appear in arcane bridging the rift btw we have date for arcane season 2
@@StopMeOh Yeah like the stories behind some players like; Faker, Ruler, Deft, Uzi etc, and teams like; CLG, SSG, T1, and IG. There's a lot and some of the Worlds Anthems even tell the previous Worlds story like the 2018 and 2023 Anthems (Rise and Gods respectively). Regardless the music and opening ceremonies always slap!
@@StopMeOh Also also if you do continue to watch the other opening ceremonies I recommend watching the full length version, 2017's full opening is meh so is of no loss, but moving on they're all stunning and really epic!
I know you've already done one version of "Warriors", but I think it's definitely worth going back to see the original sung by Imagine Dragons. Both versions are epic and arguably the best and most memorable of the Worlds anthems, but the first one just hits so much differently
@@noneofyourbuisness1679 Others? You need to realised that only music produced directly by RIOT is without issue... but Warriors and Enemy are Imagine Dragons original songs... (2020 version of Warriors isn't problem because it's basically cover)
@@beastmonger4821Forgive me for my ignorance, but wasn't Warriors made as a collaboration? I'll admit, I'm not familiar with the intricacies of copyright
@@noneofyourbuisness1679 ""Warriors" is a song by American pop rock band Imagine Dragons, used by Riot Games for a music video promoting the League of Legends 2014 World Championship.[1] It was also included on the band's second studio album, Smoke + Mirrors." ID wrote it and make a deal with RIOT that they can use is as a Worlds anthem...
🧐🧐Orange juice and vodka?🤯🥳Party time with Ola💞Amazing voice singing Legends, love it! Happy early Birthday Momma Ola🤩You have a wonderful and talented daughter🥰 You said 2 weeks that's when my B-day is 🙂
I love this song. Against the Current have some great songs. You should check'em out. 😉Clearly one of my fav anthems, but guess what: it will get even better.😉 It is almost a shame that the next one you will watch is 23, so we are breaking the chronical line. But many great ceremonies, videos and songs still to come.
Hm, so, you will be pretty much reacting to more or less everything regarding a particular Year of Worlds, huh? Interesting, I will look forward to your next Reaction.
you can play the indie games of RIOT, i do not recommend play LoL because is a great game but are so much people who cant control his angry and frustration because is a competitive game and as you see the biggest competitive game in the world, i play whithout chat to avoid that and if you can play with friends or people who can enjoy the game and not spread hate you will enjoy the game, unfortunaly the great game and community have a blur from people who cannot enjoy a videogame.
