I have multiple fibroids, increased womb lining and a polyp. I have been on HRT for 8 months. If you don’t like meat or prefer a more vegetarian diet. Stick to crucified veggies, mushrooms, onions, fresh greens spinach and add things I mentioned above like the chia seeds, olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, super mushroom blend, etc. The above supplements and diet will get rid of it very fast. You can also get a deep tissue massager or massage your self and rub castor oil on your belly and run it under warm water in shower or do a castor pack with heat pack, or just use it regularly like a lotion.

Yes I'm cutting out sugar...you know what i also figured out by myself. When women do dextox flushes ur throwing off ur PH level down there. I stop taking my vitex while doing my flushes a few times and I became imbalanced. Also always eat GOOD quality yogurt don't eat the jelly in the yogurt eat around it or have plain yogurt that also balances back ur PH levels

I am so lost on these diets. Like how much sugar were these women consuming before? Are they crushing pizza and cereal everyday? How much meat? I have fibroids now for the first time in my life. Had an ablation, didn’t work, taking birth control, and that isn’t working. Hysterectomy has been the only recommendation and I’ve had to fight the medical system on that. Am seeking uterine embolization. I am very active and don’t have a wild sugary diet, so that can’t be the entire picture.
