Email IDs are better bcoz you can access it from anywhere and any device if you want to reset or want to access your apple id.. If Mobile number is not available than you know it will be difficult…

Hello hamid I’m pretty sure u fixed this problem already but if not, it’s because your iCloud storage has been maxed out and u need to offload some apps
