Nice! The crossbow looks very much like Daryl Dixon's crossbow with a scope, from The Walking Dead. My only critique of this figure is that I would have preferred red plastic for the elbow and shoulder joints to match her clothes. Really great review and excellent closeup of detail, as always. I don't know really anything about Resident Evil other than it was a video game and I've seen a couple of the live-action movies, but they are very forgettable to me. That said, I ran a google search and this Ada Wong design appears to be based on her appearance in Resident Evil 6 with the Crossbow (so if you got the shotgun, it would be inaccurate to the character). And you're right, her cleavage isn't as obvious when she has this outfit, but, hey, I'm not one to complain about cleavage, as long as she can still hold a rifle with two hands, haha! If you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up spending to the get this version? I've seen some that are unpainted and some painted, and I'm kind of undecided. Keep up the good work, bro! 👊😎🍻
hi there Adam! do you know how to source one of those metal mouths? that line has horrendous distribution here in Canada and figures like that just don't make it here.
I do, but shipping is by the kilo (to the USA it's currently around £19 for shipping alone, not sure about Canada), so it's not worth it for a single figure (the figure is around £27 loose).
