The plaintiff says he took out a loan for an apartment he rented with his ex-girlfriend. He claims they agreed she would pay him back and split the apartment expenses 50/50. He eventually moved out, and now she won’t pay him back the money he’s owed. As a result, he’s suing her for the money he’s owed. The defendant says they split up because the plaintiff is violent. She claims she doesn’t owe him any money since he used it to pay his personal bills. The defendant is countersuing for rent and car payments.

way back a long time ago, now almost out of memory, might hear about it in old songs, there were a couple of constructs like commitment and marriage...we overthrew that junk for the better, easier way of things like move in, partners, stepkids, boyfriends, tattoos, half siblings, and so on...then the fights entail and it's on to the next mess...lather rinse repeat

I've lived in a home back in 2010ish where the furnace was oil ,those aren't cheap or inexpensive to run ... Or at least mine wasn't, with the old poorly insulated farm house.it was over $300 to fill the tank if you had the truck deliver it...had to have the snow cleared away for the truck and the furnace sucked it up quick. People should make better decisions when it comes to relationships, especially when you have children to protect and take care of.

This mistake is common among English speakers because the contracted version of would have (would've) sounds similar to would of when pronounced aloud. When you are in any relationship - family, friends, lovers, etc - all they have to do is pick up the cell phone and take control of your time. You can choose not to answer, but maybe not, if that person has literal control over you. You have to answer, when the boss calls, and whoever else controls your time.
