Should I watch the sequel??

No plot twist is ever better than killing a main character and setting expectations that no character is safe. Makes for such a fun ride!

The dude who played Lancelot, the one y’all recognized from Pirates, was in the raunchy UK version of “Friends”, titled “Coupling”. He was notorious for going off on long monologues. Funny guy.

I wasn’t excited to see this when it came out because I couldn’t imagine such a young actor pulling off the spy role. When I finally watched it I was blown away & really enjoyed it! The second one is great also.

I like that Eggsy knew My Fair Lady but not Pretty Woman or Trading Places.

If you think about it, most of the very small children and babies just died. (I mean it was so close for sibling of Eggsy and she was locked away, almost no one else would have had that protective barrier) A worldwide trauma hit's after people come to their senses after having killed people, even worse for those that just murdered their child. On the bright side, a whole layer of powerful people who where evil just got their head popped. So the future has some hope for actual progress.

Taron Egerton is the perfect eggsy can’t imagine another actor doing a better job. For me this is such a well thought out film the colour composition, styling, editing, acting and plot not to mention humour was bang on. I also liked the fact the film didn’t take itself too seriously, this combination made it pure entertainment.

Yes, I definitely want you to watch the second part 🤗

Lots of people are commenting that you two need to watch the sequel, The Golden Circle. But definitely check out the prequel, The King’s Man about the origin of the Kingsmen agency. The way it weaves real life historical people into its story is just absolutely, unbelievably spectacular.

During the sixties Michael Caine (Arthur) played the rough-edged petty-crook-turned-spy Harry Palmer in "The Ipcress File" (1965), "Funeral in Berlin" (1966), and "Billion Dollar Brain" (1967). Basically, he played Eggsy fifty years before Taron Egerton did.

You should definitely watch the sequel. Also, when he needed another satellite, he called "E-man," as in "Elon," the guy with all the satellites.

The internet's favorite actor of the year following The Last of Us, Pedro Pascal, is in the next one - Kingsman and the Golden Circle. These are very British style campy movies that go back to the 60s.

its based on a comic so i think they tried to bring the visuals you would expect from a graphic novel.

2nd movie is nearly as good. Haven't seen the 3rd (prequel). Trailer is not promising.

The second one isn't even half as good as this one, but the third one, a prequel is really good; that one, you should react to.

I didn't care for the second one as much- I think it just kind of went off the rails a little. Still worth seeing, I think, especially as part of the Taron/Elton cinematic relationship, but the third one really pulled it back around in a big way, and I love it for that. But, more than that, I love this one because it gives us the big, glorious fight scene at the church... while simultaneously turning the mirror on us for enjoying it so much because we just watched a whole church full of people murder each other in a blind rage that they had no control over, whatsoever. Like, it is a cinematographic masterpiece, but it is something truly awful that is on the screen that should rightfully make all of us uncomfortable. Kind of a dig at the action movies of the '80s and '90s in its own way.

The sequel sucks. The prequel isn't bad, but not nearly as good as the original.
