So what about animation vs chemistry, maybe it's quite good, I need more battles between animation and subjects, like the previous subjects like physics and math, isn't it quite interesting?
ngl i feel really bad for green. like he must have planned this for MONTHS and made everyone practice what they had to do, then this ONE SILVERFISH COMPLETELY TAKES OVER THE SHOW. like I could really feel where he was coming from because he brought all of his friends here, an entire mob of mobs, and then got laughed at by said mobs. his friends didn't even help him when he got crushed. i think he totally deserves a villain arc.
I hope that after the show they all came to make sure he was ok because green needs help lol At least they made it look like the whole show was planned to be „artsy” or something
6:51 the way he puts his other hand on his back while fighting feels so charming 😭😭 Like he knows he is more capable than that but he just messing around with it.
*Green sings loudly* STOP>:(! YOU’RE GOING TO- *BANG* I’M GOING TO- *CRASHES WITH FIRE THINGS* *I’VE SCREAMED😫😫* THAT’S IT! STOP YOU’VE HAVE RUINED MY CONCERT! *GREEN CRASHES* *oof* I’m out of here!😠 *Walks away to my house*
Me watching the Rush E part... what, is this the 34th time in a row? (I didn't actually count, but by now its gotta be somewhere around there. And King Orange's face [or lack thereof] is so awesome when he sees the destruction.)
0:24 Rhapsody in Blue - George Gershwin 3:42 Flight of the Bumblebee - Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov 5:49: Rush E - Sheet Music Boss 8:17: Rhapsody in Blue (Finale) - George Gershwin
Fun fact: If you wear headphones during the Rush E fight scene, all of Green's notes come from one side while the silverfish's notes come from the other. That is, until the end where everything blends together into one big mess.
Green: *is beaten into pulp* The others: "The show must go on" To be fair, all of them have gone through much worse, so they probably knew Green would be fine
I swear, every one of Green's appearances gravitate somewhere between "Styling on everyone else with his creative mastery" and "Being humbled through physical violence"
exactly and i hate the "being humbled through physical violence " part. I want green to have a happy ending in his own avm sometime he is the goat of the series imo
8:09 You know, during the moment when the silverfish was using the staff against Green, I was wondering where MT and Purple were during this. I’m glad they were invited to the event, dear lord, the ability to convey shock despite lack of a face is priceless 😹
@@carlgroovy4934mango tango is a nickname for king Orange Edit: can anyone explain why everyone is getting crazy down there because i said mango tango?
“What do you do for a living?” Alan Becker - “I animate stick figures performing a concert in Minecraft while the plot of a Tom and Jerry episode plays out”
Okay, a lot of things to say: 1. The music was amazing, but you already know that 2. TSC finally joined the band 3. Loved the silverfish 4. Comedy was on point 5. Note block staff was really cool 6. Love how the gang are all wearing bowties 7. Love how the gang joined in with the Silverfishes jam 8. TSC still has his guitar 9. Does this mean all silverfish are musically inclined? 10. I thought it was sweet how the audience still appreciated the music even though the silverfish took over 11. 5:59 I'm not a big music guy, but I know Rush E when I hear it 12. The Rush E fight went so hard 13. I like how its not shown that the silverfish is as good, if not a better fighter than green, because he almost loses, but gets help from his other silverfish friends 14. Green gets his own guitar 15. 7:41 Love the detail of their notblocks overheating 16. 8:00 You gotta love a comedic ending 17. 8:09 Ayy, Purple and King are here, I mean they had no reason to not be there, but a cameo is always appreciated 18. 8:12 You know he said "We cant just end on that" 19. Oh poor green, all he wanted was to give a great performance and that did happen, just not the one he wanted 20. And finally 8:27 The little silverfish who could
I thought this episode was going to be a chill episode that was just the stick figures and a bunch of villagers playing music. But it turned into a chaotic Tom and Jerry episode instead. I love it.
The Tom and Jerry energy is strong in this one. Not to mention the silverfish acting as the cheeky yet clever Jerry to Green's stubborn Tom and also the fact that this episode is structured like an episode where the music is also done by an orchestra. Props all around to everyone who have a hand in the process of making this! ❤
ah the nostalgia of that funny episode. I mean there was two when Tom learned how to play the piano and the other one where Tom plays the piano on a concert.
I love the small cameos in this episode 3:30 had Red's pig and his family 4:05 had the fletcher from the Titan Ravager village and the wandering trader from the note block world 4:07 had the Monster School students (notice how the silverfish joined the others) 8:09 had King Orange and Purple
Green is overpowered - Epic musician - Pro fighter - Stylish Executioner - DDR Master - Degree in being awesome - Got domed by massive objects and lived
0:00 The Concert Starts. 0:16 The Melody "I Don't Know This Melody". 0:50 The exit of the Scale(s). 2:20 The chase!!! 3:36 The melody is "Flight of the Bumblebee.". 5:43 The song "RUSH E - Minecraft Cover". 8:31 The end of the concert.
The fact green can dodge falling blocks, fight an infestation and still sound great at the same time. Doesn’t matter the silverfish won that is amazing
Imo Green won because the Silverfish cheated Same with the Note Block Battle episode where they used performance enhancing potions and could barely match Green
Agreed! Also, @Emrefox, I accidentally clicked your pfp when I went to reply, and noticed you had some videos, so I checked them out, since they looked funny. Your MM2-cross-Bluey short was *hilarious!* 🤣
8:08 King Orange: "...Why did I hand my staff over to a group of complete idiots and when did the staff can do that? 😶" Purple: "Ohhh, that's gotta hurt. 😬"
@@cottonz3_6 the staff he made was pinkish red, the gold cyou are speaking of is during Ep26 when he used a gold block with the staff against TSC and the Warden. By ep 30 he gave the staff to Yellow as a sort of apology and now it kinda becomes the groups' public property
I know it’s just a joke to 90% of people, but to be honest i’d actually love to see Season 4 be an arc about green and his ego, especially since his incorrect way of going about emotions was already established back in the Note Block world when he only believed purple is good or bad, not understanding the nuance until later It would be so cool if this is further done with Green maybe trying to do something more grand than ever which makes him the villain without him really realising it, and his ego leads him to not listening to the criticism Him being the villain would also give a great reason for the Staff to not be the be all end all in this case because the others don’t want to /kill green of course
In note block world wasn’t he the one who told purple he didn’t care if he was “good” or “bad” though? When purple had the halo appear above his head green brushed it away as if saying “just be who you are.”
@@--Glory-- yeah but i feel like that shows that green can have some temporary ignorance to the nuances of situations, and that can lead to him hurting poeple unintentionally
I didn't expect this to go from Tom & Jerry to Battle of The Bands to The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, but WOW did you guys pull it off! What a performance!
@@evya. Basically there was someone (his/her comment got probably deleted) was saying that his/her parents would buy him a professional camera if he hit 30k subs so I told him not to beg for subs
What I expected: A beautiful magnificent Note Block concert conducted by Green. What I didn't expect: Silverfish taking over the whole performance and an epic music battle fought with actual notes.
Really love the detail of Green throughout this combat. 6:51 First, he was relaxed. 7:15 Then becomes focused, thus became more swift. 7:49 Lastly rages and destroys everything.
5:50 : Omg, as soon as Green made the first note, I knew _exactly_ where this was going, and I loved it so much! This was such an incredible "rendition" of Rush E! :D
Poor Green. Seeing him being humiliated like that, tortured, and everyone just laughed at him... He didn't get anything good in this episode. This actually makes me so sad that i am almost crying
5:48 That first note alone had me hyped up. As soon as I heard the first note, I went “Ain’t no way this dude finna do it.” And he did it. He proceeded to play Rush E. Respect to Alan.
I love this because "wildly energetic cartoon set to recognizable classical music" is a tradition as old as animation itself. This short follows in the footsteps of The Rabbit of Seville, right down to the animal trickster causing problems on purpose for no other reason than to humble someone. Absolutely brilliant.
This whole video is actually a reference to a Tom and Jerry episode where Tom plays in a concert and Jerry interferes, though at the time of that episode's release, Rush E didn't exist yet. Imagine if it did
@@BriannaQingit was a community thing. My guess is either Alan shut it down for being too wacky (highly unlikely), or RU-vid discontinued the feature bc we can’t have nice things. Random shot in the dark tho, could be completely wrong.
I find the fact Green was able to overpower the noteblock staff several times by using music pretty cool. You can have as much of a world ending weapon as you want, but a master could still overpower you through sheer skill.
Pretty sure the world ending staff is only as powerful as the block that's in it. A noteblock isn't that powerful I'd imagine, but the power of music and sound, sure in this context
My partner sent me this last night with no context, and over the past 12 hours I've watched all of season 1 to 3. I never thought I could get emotionally attached to stick figures but here I am- my heart aching and enraptured by these animations. Thank you Alan, for making me cry lol
One thing I find interesting is that Green’s music voice is just as powerful as the note block staff. That says a lot about his power. Also it seemed like at the end when Rush E started, Green was like “fine, if they want to be this stubborn I’ll challenge them to the hardest song I know” and the silverfish were like “he dare challenge us to Rush E? A foolish mistake” and green managed to fight off a silverfish with a note block staff, defend himself from falling note blocks and stones, still play Rush E perfectly, AND win (I say this because even though he lost in the end, he got the staff back and had beaten the silverfish until all the stone collapsed on him).
You gotta love the amount of detail put into this. The Minecraft version of each instrument actually uses blocks that produce all the sounds in a concert band. Sand for the snare drum, looms for the strings inside a piano, gold and ice for bells, xylophones and vibraphones. Horns for saxophones, bamboo for flutes and piccolos, a stripped log as a woodblock, and stone for a bass drum. There's even an orchestra chorale used to tune instruments at the start. It really shows the time and passion that produced this masterpiece.
Absolutely! It's amazing how much thought and creativity went into crafting each sound using Minecraft blocks. The attention to detail is truly impressive, and it really brings the instruments to life. It's clear that a lot of passion and effort went into creating this masterpiece. It’s fascinating how the game elements were used so cleverly to mimic real-world instruments and sounds!
It speaks to Green’s abilities as a performer that so many take this at face value when clearly the whole thing was planned. And the confidence to paint himself as the heel in his own show! Nothing but respect!
Green has to be getting a villain arc after this, think about how long he spent preparing it just for it all to go south and everybody just enjoy themselves without him
Love how they randomly start playing rush e then it only stops to see the entire stage in flames, green crushed by a big stonefish, and king orange and purple watching in shock
When the team discovered music, Green started a band for himself, started music battling Red, Blue and Yellow, and because of Alan, he got famous, got hired into a concert and here we are
Green has the self-esteem of a normal, mentally healthy person, apparently he had been planning the show for months, but then Minecraft laughed at him, his friends didn’t even think of helping him, he will definitely be sad. He is such an elegant friend, such friends are very rare, you need to appreciate them, you need to appreciate all friends while you have them at all
I think so too. If I saw pests on the stage, mocking or annoying me while I was performing, I would too try to get rid of them. It’s like all your hard work has gone to the dust just by some pest :(
Note how everyone, including the Silverfish, were able to keep up with Rush E, which is infamously hard for even experienced piano players (and I realized how easily Rush E can be adapted to a fight).
0:24 Rhapsody in Blue - George Gershwin 3:42 Flight of the Bumblebee - Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov 5:49: Rush E - Shhet Music Boss 8:17: Rhapsody in Blue (Finale) - George Gershwin The amount of detail put into this is insane...
The fact that Rush E was written out of spite, and the sound of that spite oozes throughout every time it’s played. And spite is what motivated Green to start playing it. FLAWLESS.
@@VineFynn I’d like to find confirmation but like, it started as the E meme and then every comment was either a hater or asking for Rush E so obviously they had to go hard
Green: *Suffering from silverfish* Blue: “Should we help him?” Red: “Nah, let's just watch.” Also Red: *Takes a photo* 😂 Edit; Tysm for 634 likes, I've never gotten this much! Edit 2: 703 likes? Wow!
Orange had one great character arc, went from ignoring and disragrding the music(note blocks), to silencing the others with his own music(note block battle), to using music in a useful way(the witch and the warden), now here, fully joining the band without being sleep deprived.
Green's dodging weakness. Literal meteorites (or something huge in general) falling on top of him. Green may have dodged that cake in the prank episode but still.
