Farming and Hunting are the best ways of creating a supply of food. Smoking or salting meat in the case of hunting can preserve the meat for way longer but a fridge could be very useful
I was thinking Hunting isnt a great option because we are so deep in the city there aren't really any viable hunting targets. Although if it was possible its definitely preferable.
Ok, so the vanilla “friendly” way without debugs is pretty simple, there’s a structure called a “magic circle” You make that and then you can also upgrade it. It gives you the benefits you are seeking as well as allowing you to craft the silver variants of magical tools
Well, the circle might still give qualities for the crafting. There's good odds that the circle is only broken in regards to the qualities required for spellcasting, crafting may be fine.
