I can't believe I'm 33 and only just a few months ago realized that there is no 'self' and no free will. Never before has there been such incredible relief from so much suffering in this body. Years of therapy. Endless searching. What a gift to have stumbled across advaita but crazy that I never saw before. Thankful 🙏
Fear comes from not trusting your nature, your soul, hence it's the ego. Surrender to the soul, is the only way. Accept your body and mind as instruments to manifest the soul. Accept the body, mind and soul as an arsenal to survive in this world in order to understand your true nature. Be as a Lotus Flower which originates from dirt, via experiences, often suffering, we will blossom in order to end the cycle of death and birth.

I feel like a lot of us kinda of know there is no meaning.. because its kinda of clear just seeing or feeling things... and that the meaning gets pasted on top, so we feel uncomfy, and we allow ourselves to not be super sincere with our intuition, because other people aren't... and i got convinced by the show around me to abandon my instincts. thank god Im led back.. amen to following your heart and your feelings all the time!!
Actions and thoughts are driven by the sense of something being missing or out of place. For example, this message is writing because of the sense that a certain piece of the puzzle is missing, in that someone may find solace in this reading. Words are empty since they are only the call of an unquiet soul. Too often we may have become conditioned to focus on these signals, forgetting the feeling which gave them. The sense of need to find meaning is the empty expression of meaning itself. The meaning is inside, before the word. We already have the meaning. Yet we mistake its sign for its absence.
The meaningless of life in the positive sense, the stickylessness of it all paradoxically creates its own meaning from within its own apparent void. Love and learning through pain and joy seems like a great deal to me, may aswell enjoy the ride, no one can remember how long the queue was to get here anyway.
Very insightful. It’s interesting how juxtaposed the system we live in is to finding our own true nature. The whole system is designed to sustain and support an egoic identity. Sometimes I wonder if what’s going on internally with people throughout this process is also happening on external social structures as well to dissolve some of these systems that are perpetuating the identification with egoic misconceptions.
maybe you're just misinterpreting it wrong. Maybe your body just tells you to stop seeking fulfillment from outside sources and go into yourself. Your mind numbs everything outside of your mind so you are drawn to explore your inner world. I can't give you any specific directions because i sadly didn't document my journey. But what i can tell you is that your mind is incredible and that there probably is a reason for this feeling of meaninglessness. Maybe your mind wants everything outside to be meaningless so you can focus on your inside. Your mind, your spirit, your thoughts, your emotions. This is a new part of life for you and you got thrown into it, that's why your programmed mind/ego wants to go back to it's old habits and preferences because it's still attached to your past. Maybe this is a sign from your mind for you to start a new journey, the hero's journey. Maybe this is your time to observe the world around you like it really is, without your attachment, without you giving it meaning, just looking at everything like it really is. Maybe this is the chance for you to give everything a new meaning, a true meaning without adding thoughts to an object because thoughts are suffering. Let everything go, let go of attachment, let go of your past, let go of compulsive reactions and let go of your feelings of the past. Because your past doesn't define you. Only the present moment counts, here and now, the only moment in time that really exists, the only moment where you are able to interact with reality. If you think about it for a moment, the past and the future, don't really exist, the past is just memories and the future is just mind-made expectations or scenarios that you think will happen but are unsure if they really will, that's where Anxiety comes from. A uncertain point in the future means anxiety up until that point. You can only overcome that by accepting that whatever will happen you can't control it anyways, you can't control which situations will happen to you. But you can be sure that you will react IF it happens. and there you have to believe in yourself, you have to know, that you will be okay with everything that will happen and you have to know that you will be able to deal with it once it happens. You should let go of your fear and insecurities and most importantly you have to let go of the thought that you are able to control things. You can't control anything but your mind. You can't CONTROL situations you can just REACT or you can just do nothing at all. You don't need to control anything you just need to relax and allow yourself to react like you naturally would. No mask, no ego, no compulsive thinking or acting, just your relaxed natural reaction will be enough. Well like always i drifted far from what i wanted to convey but hope this will still help you and if you got ANY questions just ask me and if i'm able to i will help you. Let me paraphrase this entire video... comfortably numb. I'm compelled sometime to watch Suzanne's videos, but not from a place of seeking enlightenment in what she is saying but instead simply to observe the mindlessness of ego death as reaction to the avoidance of suffering instead of the processing of it.

The balance of being in "this world" but not of "this world". Holding the center while "this world" roars by like a train in the background. There is beauty in removing the mask to accept things as they are in the present moment. Thoughts and words have no meaning, action and non-action have consequences. Attachments and desires bind us to "this world" like shackles and chains. Moving through "this world" is easier when desires are diminished.

If there was a universally accepted definition of the perfect look and everyone had that look, someone would still feel inadequate because of very small differences. because the hierarchy comes from within, not from the outside. I can make x amount of money today and feel happy, until I find out that everyone but me is making xxx. My feelings will change instantly. it's not about the outside. whatever happens outside, internal comparison will always be there as a primitive and stubborn mechanism.
also i just feel like sharing right now.. i've never heard anyone talk about this, but for me there was a lot of restructuring of my body, like especially with gas and my gut. I couldn't really burp at all before lol and throughout the whole process bubbles and gas came up and now i burp all the time lol. and its awesome. I also was chewing wayy to fast, not breathing deeply, not mindful of movements or in touch with the sensations in my body whatsoever. my body was so uncomfortable but it barely registered into my consciousness, only like a radio playing in the background that would subtly impact my mood. and anyyy discomfort i felt would be co-opted into a self-blame and "problem-solving" activity for the mind... which was always running at 1000% effort. Thankfully i was also intuitive, so I had a wonderful branching and evolutionary ability in my thoughts and beliefs, causing me to finally reach the end of the mind road, which is essentially an error code! Its a super fucking uncomfortable and harrowing experiencing but pretty cool at the same time. So after my search for meaning zeroed out, I had to bring that energy back into the senses, current moment, and the body. it was sooo uncomfortable for quite a long time, and i got tonsss of kundalini now and for months as my body came online again. one odd thing is that when I'm not currently experiencing pain its kind of difficult to remeber how intesne and sucky it was. i know ive got some mountains and valleys ahead of me too, but i feel very safe and not really 'seeking anymore just following natural impulses. one thing i love about life now is only doing things i really want to do.. staying up late if i feel like it and eating and doing shit without really giving it a second thought. I also love the feeling of putting attention in my body, or looking at shit.

Hi Sunshine. So becoming aware that one is simply a part of all that is can render the notion that one needs to impose oneself on this reality (or illusion) less compelling if not moot.
I do hear most say that everything we were told about is a lie and even trying to understand and trying to figure it out i do agree that there is nothing to understand and figure at all because it doesn't mean anymore words are made up i also apart of me that been saying that too i always knew that too i just see it as it is what it is i also think this is already home perfection it was free the whole time the answer is nothing that there is no answer nothing has a meaning i also resonate that time and death is an illusion but the only thing i don't resonate that everyone we experience is an illusion not real that life is fake that we are crazy because i think we are not crazy at all but just like you guys say just take what resonates and leave the rest that doesn't resonate thanks for making it clear that you think there is nothing wrong that think how we wanna think i know there is certain things i resonate what you say and certain things i don't resonate what you say that's ok too
I’ve been following so many philosophers and teachings and assigning meaning and purpose to my life and my pursuits. But now I feel I’ve been grasping at smoke. All the words and thoughts and stories I have been telling myself have no substance. It’s terrifying
There's a cemetery near where I live which I enjoy walking by frequently. There's such a feeling of purity which arises in my being when going past it, and I start feeling really high, and I go, "my goodness, those must be some souls who are finished with karma or they're all old yogis or something!" I'm only being facetious, well maybe I am. Then I think, from a sort of personal gratification standpoint, "maybe I'll get to go hang out with those souls when I grow up." However , at that same moment, it all turns out to be a bunch of just, well emptiness because I come to a place where I see the Game from a macrocosmic seat in the ballpark and then I go, "oh wait, this is already the afterlife, and the beforelife, and all of it, but none of it. So this is the thing already; but there is no-thing. It's just a bunch of oatmeal!
Life is just a ride. You can liken our consciousness to a driver of a car and our body is the car. our consciousness exists outside of this dimension and is projected to this physical dimension inside an avatar, we use this avatar here in our known reality to develop and enlighten our consciousness spirituality. After your physical body is used up (or broken) !!don’t worry!! our consciousness is still saved and recycled. Love is the path to happiness and growth. Peace 🙏

I've solved the riddle of life. We are golden ratio math geometric beings that has their geometry interact with the dense energy of space this is the origin of witness `consciousness`` and the local space time personaiity is a contraction of the witness consciousness.
We cling on to meaninglessness disguised as meaning for large portions of our lives. But tbh nothing wrong with that cause it's all an act anyway. What's unfortunate is taking it so seriously and causing others to suffer as a result.
Don't try to understand.. It has no meaning.. No words has meaning Meaning is inside our head.. We layer it over the sound and response about it.. Meaning is rooted in fear What if sound is the " sound " of Horn and its missed.. Accident can happen..

How can there be a spiritual path when the real you is the end of it? The goal of the meditation is to make the meditator vanish. There is no God AND you when God is everywhere and in everything. No subject, no object. When I define reality it's already something of the past. "The ONE you're looking for is the ONE you're looking from." That's probably what Papaji meant when asked;"Who are you?" "I am "that"." When ego arises, fear arises. And trouble. And and and... It's probably one big joke about which I not can laugh ALL the time. Probably that's just part of being human.
