Thanks for the great video. I finally understand how the project and task databases work after watching your video. This project management assumed that all projects were secured. What happens after sending out the proposal and the client decides not to proceed with the project with me, and the project will be cancelled. I don't want to delete the project and want to keep the cancelled project as a record. What should I do with the project status? and how will it affect the statistic part?

Great question. In this case, I would just create a new status called "Cancelled". As far as the statistics are concerned, It's up to you to either account for canceled projects or not. The other thing you could do is create a separate database called "Cancelled Projects" and have it as an archive of cancelled projects that won't affect your existing system.

Appreciate your time, I really wanted to understand if this whole system can be shared with team members and want them to see only tasks assigned to them. Thank you again, for such a precise explanation. Also to add on, how do you change the status in the projects database to done automatically once the completed tasks in the project is 100percent.
