Still trying to figure out the shader; Voronoi diagrams, edge detection, moving points should be the keys here, cannot quite replicate it flawlessly as showcased in here though. Edit: Turns out I was doing the edge detection incorrectly. Albeit ineffective -- my voronoi iterates for every randomly generated point, but it can be optimised by spreading the points out somewhat evenly rather than relying on complete randomness -- but it works! Magnificent.
