We rent to groups of young lads, and over the years I have got stricter and stricter! You need to lay the law down when they arrive about parties, smoking and extra guests, buy unbreakable furniture especially the beds and put sick bowls in all the bathrooms!! Lastly leave them clear instructions on how to leave your property!! Other than that it's good fun and profitable 🤣🤣
