My very first encounter with a Ghost was in Nottinghamshire at Bestwood Lodge Nottingham. This is where I heard the voice of young service man dying of his wounds after returning from Dunkirk.
Superb series, thanks Richard for sharing these treasures! I spent a year in Nottingham in 1993 and encountered poltergeists, two-legged goats and sulphuric smells. Lovely city with a lot of history!
Richard, i love to watch your videos on a cold winters night, in front of a log fire, with a cheering drink in my hand, after midnight and on my own. Always gives me the shivers. Thank you.
RICHARD FELIX 🙂💐. 👻👻👻A SUPER GREAT GHOST STORYTLLER INDEED ! DID HE NOT PRESENT -- THE NORMANS????? I REMEMBER WATCHING HIS DOCUMENTARIES YEARS YEARS AGO. VERY STRAIT-LACED PO-FACED I THOUGHT THEN !!!!!!!!! HOWEVER, MORE RELAXED IN THESES GHOST'S PRESENTATION . WELL DONE ! FROM, U.K. (2023).
Nice, another richard vid! As well as generally being very interesting, these vids are also a fascinating time capsule, showing what british streets, pubs, even cars etc were like 20 years ago, when i was just a kid.
Good to see your videos on here Richard I’m from farndon just outside of Newark was good to hear the stories ! Much prefer your storytelling than the most haunted stuff :)
Yes indeed, Richard Felix draw's you in to these ghostly legends and stories. He was certainly why I watched most haunted. Deserves 10x the views he gets. M.👍

I was with 643sqn based at raf Syerston I will tell you some good story's around that base. Nobody wanted to close the hanger up alone after flying ops also avro vulcan crashed there
Richard please resolve your aspect ratio they seem to be recorded in 4:3 format but displayed in 16:9 which is why circles seem flattened and you seem very short and stocky
Dear Richard. I have been watching your shows and investigations with absolute fascination for some time, it was only when I found this one about Nottinghamshire that I realized we had being potential officers in the TA in common, great days! I saw some very odd things whilst out training and on lone stag duty in the very early morning down in Surrey, I thought we were being attacked and nearly raised the alarm and fired my SLR rifle but the tall figure approaching through the woods just disappeared like a grey mist dispersing, I never mentioned it to anyone. However I digress, My grandparents owned a pub in Barnby Moor (near Retford) on the old Great North Road called the White Horse, that is definitely haunted, I saw and experienced things there that were inexplicable, apparitions and physical. Have you heard of this pub or indeed the Olde Bell Hotel in the same village, also haunted?
