Nice review, thanks. My reading, especially given that nothing beyond WoC this year, is that Empire will be the Q1 release (probably Jan or Feb), and HE Q2. Hopefully that means Beastmen & Wood Elves are Q3 & Q4 respectively.

An Empire of Man arcane journal army list with special rules making pistoleers a worthwhile unit would be nice.

I'm someone that started collecting beastmen for AoS last year and it's kinda weird to me that we're having to possibly wait until later next year for them to get rereleased. Like if it's a completely different range then okay, but if it turns out they're just repackaging the AoS stuff then the wait is annoying.

The wait for the forest folk continues. I think waiting for the waywatcher tax to be removed is wishful thinking though tbh

WoC second wave will arrive in Oct or Nov and December is usually without major launches. Realistically its probably a 2-3 month gap between releases

The dates on these look odd, must be whatever financial/internal reporting years

If you think about how WoC Wave 2 will come in Oct/Nov and they don't typically launch things in December I think it makes sense! It's realistically a 2-3 month wait from the 2nd wave of Chaos to Empire which isn't too bad at all
