Yikes!!! How would you know where one is placed? Do they have warning signs? I know this might sounds dumb, but I've never seen one before, so I am just curious. Has any diver been killed by one of these things?

PERSONALLY, I'D RATHER GO FOR VIVACE SYSTEM (VERTEX INDUCED VIBRATIONS FOR THE AQUATIC CLEAN ENERGY), reasons why?... Firstly, cuz it is much cheaper and smaller, however this means it produces less energy than the expected one. Secondly, cuz easier to transport into different energy central stations. But I still admire how MODERN countries are inverting their money for nwe renwable energy resources.

Just wondering can Nova Scotia can change their coal-fired plants to natural gas? Natural gas is a cost-effective and clean-burning fuel.

@Benson luo So what if Nat.gas is a fossil fuel. The US is reducing harmful GHG emission faster than any other country by converting coal-fired electrical generating plants to nat.gas.Natural gas is also on-demand and "affordable" energy. Natural gas is a clean-burning fuel. There is a reason Ontario is cancelling the previous liberal government's green energy program. Consumers and businesses can't afford the energy being produced by solar and wind. Plus the solar and wind need backup on-demand energy production. Canada has a lot of Natural gas. The Nova Scotia coal plant is located near Halifax/Dartmouth, the major population area for Nova Scotia. Frankly, Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy turbine is an unproven technology. Powers 500 homes, at a huge cost. Nova Scotia is also planning to import hydropower from Newfoundland if the Muskrat Falls project ever gets completed. The Muskrat Falls project is billions of dollars over budget and is constantly being delayed. If the federal government does not bail out Newfoundland the projects will not proceed. Plus just how reliable will the power from the Muskrat Falls project be? If Nova Scotia was smart they would have a plan to convert the Coal plant to Natural Gas. If let's say Newfoundland want to increase the price of hydropower in the future dramatically that gives Nova Scotia a viable option. Always remember the cost of power is very important to consumers and businesses. Green energy does not run on the sun and wind, it runs on massive subsidies.

it is very bad idea for this good site simply put a large float and it will raised when tide come and leave it slowly by attaching a flywheel weight and turn a generator's from that so before the next tide in this way you have a continues supply of electricity otherwise you can used raw electricity DC as a electrolysis of water into hydrogen and oxygen production plants and use that hydrogen in a two stroke engine of a scooter and in this way you can produced electricity if you don't understand then give me Visa for you're country and I will made a massive project for you're country and I it will became a miracle for tourist and whole universe

We have a wicked new technology that doesn't break like this does and also doesn't' chop up sea life... problem solved.. cheap to make of 100% recyclables, cheap to install, cheap to service... no millions upon millions when it goes wrong, a team with a small barge can do it in minutes...
