That is simple, they are rewards for level 30 and level 33 radar pirates

@@sargassospace1662 Two options (I should probably make a video about it, but I already showed it in the 8 Things I wish I knew video): You can retreat and rejoin a fight. Yes you do loose 10% HP when retreating but you get 100% shield and you can also repair. The other option is to get help from a friend but I am not sure if that is a bug/exploit, so I will not explain it here ;)
