You don't really need a good roll with all hits we do with this build. For lightning aegis, i have some relics to proc it, i don't really need 2 mana effi for frost claw.

Do you have a loot filter for this build? Really enjoying the build but putting together a loot filter just seems daunting..

this build scales lightning damage along with spark charges, I personally haven't used this build but I can only assume not using lightning on a build that uses lightning is not good.

I was using Static Orb in my previous vid (you can check it on my channel) and found it nice as well. We had a convo in the comments about it's actual uptime and decided to give Flame Ward a try. Don't get me wrong I still think both are viable, just exploring options and ultimately you should play with whatever you find better. No real way to truly guage these things at the moment (praying for a PoB-like program for LE)

@@preheet yeah i've played around with them a decent amount, i just think the combination of 3 charge ward and static orb with enough gear will probably make it better than flame rush,, the only benefit of flame rush is honestly the frenzy at that point, thats something you can actually also get from boots, but again its pricey/pretty hard to get if COF, and in general the lightning aegis cast speed will basically cover that at worst. Flame rush being clunky compared to Runic teleport/being able to easily go through walls/large platforms is really nice too. but this all requires some CDR gear to make it super worthwhile. Also another thing to add, i Really hope this doesn't get nerfed but you Can Actually run the Set Snap freeze necklace + get about 90%+ CDR base and specialize in snap freeze to run all the CDR/Duration and you can 100% uptime cc on shades, am pretty sure i can kill any shade regardless of corruption without ever getting hit, the only real danger is your first snap freeze when shade spawns, just gotta watch out in case he casts something as u CC it the first time.

I plan on doing this once I can solve the mana issues, totally agree that if you can make it work it's super good, but the demand on your mana is very high

its in the skill tree on sorcerer, the point at the bottom "Rift Bolt" it heals you by doing lightning damage

From passive points Check his build planner link in Sorcerer section you get ( Rift Bolt ) 5/5 it's mandatory to be able get health black

Little tip, as said in the written build guide this is end game build you should lvl and do monos and not take this build until empowered and until you have the right gear, HF farming !

​@@script2943yeah, it's my top goal build (something to make me keep going to reach it) I'm still leveling up, currently 75 i'm using a budget version with some exalted and unique pieces i found on my way to cover mana regeneration so i can cast non stop I will start farming pieces when i unlock the empowered thing, thanks 👍🏻

​@@script2943i made it finally I have currently all the gear pieces in the video with intelligence slammed into 2 pieces of them and wand with cast speed and increased lightning damage, also made the hands, i'm still working on the rest slams

You get passive ailment cleanse from the Frostclaw tree (Brightfrost). This build focuses on more QoL and seems to perform much better than the Dagger/LB version. I personally prefer it a lot more. You still want DoT mitigation as not all forms of it have a debuff (Think Julra Puddle).

Wondering the same thing, just got Prismatic Gaze and have been running Crest of Unity. Crest of unity has been working really well with this build.

Gaze is the best due to +4 base crit chance for spells, its the easiest way to get crit capped without investing heavily in %crit chance, crest is worse

It's hard to crit cap when running laddle with out the +4% to crit from gaze. % is not the same as +

@fabiobianchi7268 %Increased Damage in games like Last Epoch/POE/Diablo likely doesn't work the way you think it does. Damage works in buckets, meaning that all the various % increased dmg across items, passives, skills, etc is added together before being multiplied in the damage formula, this makes it far less effective that it would seem. Essentially you: Take your flat damage (let's say it's 5 dmg) and add any bonus flat dmg (let's say +5), multiply it by your %increased dmg bucket (let's say 400%), multiply that by your crit chance bucket (ideally 100%), multiply that by your crit multi bucket (let's say 100%). We'll also account for cast speed. So dmg is: (Base cast speed*(1+%increased speed)) * (Base+added) * (1+%increased )* (%crit chance) * (2+%crit multi) = (1*(1+.25)) * (5+5) * (1+4.0) * (1.0) * (2+1.0) = 187.5 dps If you go through the math, gear, and passive nodes, the %increased dmg bucket becomes large fairly fast, meaning adding additional points to this bucket is not as efficient as adding points to the crit multi bucket or cast speed bucket, which is a harder stat to raise. Note that MORE dmg stats are different because they are additional multipliers on the damage formula. Penetration affects are essentially more damage buckets on top of this and are very rare on items, meaning they are some of the best damage boosting stats you can get. Getting %increased dmg instead of crit multi is probably very similar, but in the very late-game it's likely slightly worse. Note that cast speed is arguably worth more than the formula above suggests because it means all the cast on hit affects go off more often and it makes the build feel smoother because you aren't locked in the cast animation as long. That being said, items don't need to be perfect to combine, but if you've got a +3/4 LP Ladle, you might be best off farming to get a perfect one so you don't feel regret later. It's easier to find/make a perfect Exalted Wand than to find another +3/4 LP Ladle.

me too been farming it for daaaaays but i've found a few +3 just don't think it's worth it at 25% chance only have a few +1lp twisted hearts but up to u

few 3s no 4s I cant get a heart to drop with any lp on it only seen 1 heart drop in 20 boss kills.

It's pretty tough. Generally I'll gamble and pray I don't get a poison shade and try to outplay the mechanics. But I've found myself getting to a +16 shade, dying, and going backwards to the +14, +12 etc until the mechanics are workable.

Only thing I have experience with, which was smooth af was leveling with Glacier & Mana Strike. You can equip Fragment of the Enigma at 45~ish and then probably swap to a baby version of this provided you have some gear laying around. If not I'm sure there's some info online on how to level as a Runemaster quite easily

I am currently leveling one. My main problem is the + skills in frost claw (and the mana cost), which are hard to come by. Also I don't really need reowyns frostguard (invocation) yet. So instead I use lightning + fire + lightning to trigger Rune Gale, which is an aoe lightning attack + haste. I also took epilogue in flame rush to auto cast invocations. Frostclaw is very good to apply ailments like frostbite or ignite, so I wouldn't switch it to lighting while leveling. I think maxroll has a very similiar build like mine.

u can go fire claw with firestarter and dmg over time stuff and live in mono as soon as you unlock it. I lived in mono til 82 ( was doing a wrongwarp build before this) with like 6 idol slots and its fine

@@browdster7 i started with Boardman's lowlife version of Novaclaw, and is not too bad. taking my time farming 300 corruption Dragon for Hearts. Made some changes to it after getting lucky with 3LP ladle and 2LP julra ring. Can be a starting point I guess. LL build uses Teleport and FC for clear and single target. Really good to round up a bunch of mobs and then Teleport through them to see all of them blow up via Spark charge explosions.

I use flame rush with epilogue to trigger Rune gale, which clears every trash mob and gives haste. Let's see when I will make the switch to spark charges and the defensive invocation.

Invocation doesn't provide an element. Look at your skill bar and make sure you place your skills on bar in the correct order. He's using flame rush converted to cold dmg, flame ward as fire, and snap freeze as cold. Common problems people seem to have is skill points not used to convert skills correctly. Or out of order on skill bar left to right.

@@preheet I meant for the talent sheet if I press on the Skills tab and try to look at the skill tree, it shows Static Orb still :( Your other skill trees are also mixed up and same as the "old" skill tree. Not updated for the video's new changes.

100% Yes. Unity is a bait and we don't need that many points in Nova to make it work efficiently

I think the main thing from speccing rush was automating casting static on movement

With a mechanic called "Legendary Potential" - the Relic can have 1-4 "LP" and then can use an exalted (purple) relic to merge it into the unique when u beat temporal dungeon endboss Julra on, in this case Tier4 (Lvl80 Relic) - now the gamble starts, if LP1-3 u get 1 to 3 stats of the purple item onto the unique,if LP4 all of them :D so yea, basically u first need LP Relic and then +4 Frostclaw rolled exalted relics..so its kinda hard to get overall. Or "cheat" using the merchants guild for it probably ;)@@syrf6327

Afaik, you get the mana cost refunded plus the additional portion of mana cost (from what I've observed), but hard to say. If you feel like spending the points, just stick em in whatever seems useful to you. Lots of the points are extra anyway.

From what I've observed it seems like they double dip but can't really confirm. Feel free to spend the points in whatever else you deem to be useful should it not be the case. Lots of the points in the RI tree are extra anyway and offer slight advantages

@@preheet Ah ok but if they double dip it's def a bug, like how does it make sense to recover more mana than it cost? makes no sense. Anyway I'm not playing this build just wanted to comment to help you optimize in case you somehow missed that but i guess you were aware.

Did you figure out the problem? I'm running into the same issue with my claw only costing 15.

@@Smokeybearr Make sure you spec into all the bounces of claw, each bounce gets the return mana chance from the other node, not just the initial cast.
