There are fans that don't like him like many other players, but from my experience, most people that hate on Nole seem to be pseudo-fans that only watch the one major that's in their city/country/region. I know a ton of hicks in Melbourne that can't name a single ATP event, but go nuts during AO every year and only follow the popular opinion at the time.

I used to dislike Djokovic because of how many times he thwarted Andy Murray and Federer, but as I've grown I've recognised how insane this man actually is as an athlete and pure talent. Guys like Novak, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Messi, Maradona. These are the guys who will be remembered as the absolute gods of competitive sport.

@@georgepoly4842 it's almost definitely 10ft, Novak is 6'2 and if you look at the shot when he's right under the basket at 0:39 he's much shorter than it, his shoulders are about half the height of the rim, that pretty much tracks

dunks actually arent that dangerous because it's mainly a straight line approach. Just like long jump or high jump. Those athletes hardly ever get hurt. Actual basketball is definitely risky.

I'm a huge Novak fan but you can see the guy raising the rim back to normal height right after he slams it. Camera angles conveniently didn't show how easy the last one was for him (looked like he almost scraped his head on the rim lol). This is good marketing for the AO and the Djoker as well! Most views of any of their recent videos. He's definitely a showman!

@@rossgoosen7269 How many times have you seen Federer and Nadal do some extra stuff before a major tournament? He's not used to jumping as high as he can to do a dunk or a layup.. He could land on his ankle and cause an injury. I am not saying this is a conspiracy..but he should just prepare for the Major.. After he wins it, he can do it all..

Dunk is very basic move. Just some run and jump. He is 1.88m tall. If that is all it takes to tire or injure him, he wouldn't even last a few rallies in a tennis match let alone win 3 slams and year end champs at 36 years old.
