I haven't been able to get my led video wall to go to full blackout. When I plug it into my laptop, it does. But when I connect it to my Mac mini, its stops. Mac mini setup: out of Mac mini into black magic duo link card, out of duo link card to HDMI In Converter, out to Ethernet, to Ethernet Input on HDMI converter, HDMI out into controller.
hi. say I have a 80 panel led wall. for example a 10x8 wall , would I have to use 20 panels on Port 1 , 20 panels on Port 2, 20 panels on Port 3 and 20 panels on Port 4? How many panels (or pixels) can 1 ethernet port handle? thank you
Bit late but might be helpful to others: 1 port can handle 650 000 pixels. That means a VX1000 processor can handle 6.5 million pixels as it has 10 output ports. If your panels are 192x192 pixels (fairly popular size) then 1 panel has got a total of 36,864 pixels. That gives you 17 panels per data output. Although when I built my wall I did 12 panels each as the software would communicate an overload when running 17 panels. Hope that's helpful
Thank u for the information it's very important but I have a question: - if I have a new display, when I connect the CPU to the pc the configuration was automatically read or not?? 12:33
