How do I enter device mode when using with an ipad and yahama Bluetoothed midi. It will enter this mode when using the launchpad app from inside AUM, however I want to use it with Atom sequencer and be able to see which sequencer is triggered. Thank you in advance for your time and wonderful video
Yes, for the Launchpad to be used standalone it needs to be powered by plugging into the wall via a USB power adapter. When purchased new this comes included in the box.
It's still not easy for me to understand why the hell you can't launch tracks already programmed in the drum machine, as a start / stop ... Why the hell it only allows you to build everything on the flow?

Hello! I want to learn how to use my LaunchPad Mini Mk2 as a MIDI controler, not for Ableton Live, but for a hardware sampler (1010Music BlackBox) in order to launch samples or sequences with pad...where can I find a tutorial? thanks!

In Standalone Mode, Launchpad Pro is primarily designed to function as an expressive playable surface featuring fixed scales. The pads will send fixed MIDI CC values. Technically, it is possible to customise how they behave but that will require some programming knowledge. You may find the Programmers Reference manual useful: bit.ly/2Aqk4V8
+John Grosso No sequencer on launchpad pro. It just a (albeit quit good) controller. If you want a sequencer - Arturia BeatstepPro is worth looking at.
