This novelty straight keris is a keris tajong. It originates from southern Thailand. The tangguh is kamardikan. The pamor is segara rob. Segara means “sea” in Javanese. Rob can be translated as “waves” or “current”. The Segara rob pattern is said to symbolize the power and unpredictability of the sea. It represents the energy that comes from the waves and currents. The pamor segara rob is often associated with protection and strength. It is believed that it protects the wearer from negative energies, enemies and dangers. A keris with this pattern can also bring good luck and prosperity. The pamor segara rob can serve as a reminder that life is like the sea - full of ups and downs, but also full of power and potential. The kembang kacang is intact. The ganja is mbatok mengkureb.
The warangka is made of black wood in the tajong style and decorated with carvings. It is decorated with two light brown pieces. The handle is in Pekaka style made of black wood with detailed 3D carving. The selut is made of gold-colored brass.
