Dallas Police Department Sergeant Patrick Dean was in the Dallas police headquarters' basement during the fatal transfer of Lee Harvey Oswald. He told the Warren Commission that Jack Ruby, whom he questioned on November 26, 1963, told him he had decided to kill Oswald two days earlier, which contradicts the later statement of Jack Ruby as well as the Commission's conclusions, according to which Ruby had spontaneously decided to kill Oswald. Dean was an old friend of Jack Ruby.

I'm surprised that a lawyer such as Jim Garrison or Mark Lane didn't sue the Dallas Police dept. on behalf of Marina, for gross negligence of security in the killing of Lee.

Good point. Lane did represent Oswald's mother. Also.. no written records of the interrogation. He really was a patsy and a sacrificial lamb.

@@dalehammond1704 Nah. What the govt did to Garrison to was to discredit him. If they were going to kill him, they would have way before. Lane's career did not seem to get affected. but he did not cause the same ruckus as Garrison

In those days, before people were even notified of their rights, and she, as a Soviet citizen, would be especially naive, people just didn't think of those types of lawsuits. (plus we had a lot less lawyers then. Now we have hungry lawyers everywhere. Just saw a multimillion dollar suit being brought for something or other because a Sesame Street character didn't touch a little black girl's hand when she was holding her hand out to touch the big hairy green paw. I swear. What is wrong with this society?)

"We thoroughly searched the basement and the cars..." - Yeah right Mr Patrick Trevore Dean, you and Jack Ruby were good friends who socialised. P.T. Dean was a real lady's man, he certainly knew the girls at the Carousel Club, no wonder he was sheepish about answering questions. Dean was one of the Dallas cops who Ruby regularly handed brown envelopes of money to, money provided to Ruby from New Orleans mafia to get the inside on what cops were investigating that may have hurt their activities

Was Dean a wicked free mason? He was part of it and forever helped To turn the people against this corrupt government… Dean was it worth it? Jesus Christ will soon return And righteously judge the ungodly.. We must truly repent… We must truly be born again.. Fritz was also a Freemason and A wicked man.. These two demons are now deceased…and maybe on their way to the lake of fire…

This is fascinating. Where he gets so evasive about Ruby, you know he got free drinks and maybe even "entertainment" from Ruby's "employees" and he knows he's compromised. (like Joe Biden where Hunter is concerned...🤣)

The duty to provide security was passed down from Captain Talbert and rested on P.T. Dean's shoulders. It sure didn't help that Detectives Leavelle and Graves were instructed to allow media an unrestricted view of Lee Oswald as he was walked out from the booking room. It is a coincidence too I suppose that police car horn honks as Oswald walks out to the basement and coincidentally HONKS again when Ruby presses forward. Call me an Aussie Conspiracy Theorist, but ain't that all a bit TOO CONCIDENTAL? Watch the video of Oswald coming out of doorway HONK! and HONK! Ruby runs forward and shoots him.

@@dalehammond1704 If you watch the news footage (live reporting by nbc reporter, Tom Petitt 20 minutes after Ruby you hear him say on national television, something like, "from what we can reconstruct of events, detectives say a man jumped out of a green car parked behind our cameras in the car park, jumped a railing, came up to reporters cordoned off on this side, rushed towards Oswald and shot him point blank. Dale, what is interesting about this, is clearly Ruby was sitting in a green car, most likely a 1964 Ford Galaxie sedan. Who is the copper standing beside the wall that Ruby walks up beside, yes, it is Dallas police reserve sargeant Kenneth Croy, who was first officer at the Tippit crime scene, he said he was given a wallet by a bystander (probably had it already) and handed it to Captain Westbrook.

You know, that car horn has always fascinated me. I wondered who did it. Also, since I am sure you know, recall that a police car pulled up in front of Mrs Murray's (?) boarding house, where Oswald was staying, and did a little "dit dit" on the horn (as she put it) out in front to get someone's attention, and then drove off.... So many odd things. I mean really odd things. People who hold to the official govt version of events just don't want to be left doubting, they want something nice to believe in, like the whole pandemic thing, and masking, etc. They are afraid to know the truth might be a little dark.

@@teastrainer3604 They all were. Every Cop in Dallas knew two places. The Carousel Club, and Austin's BBQ. Heck, Ruby was co-signing for loans for a lot of the Police officers. When you are Drug running, gun running, Pimp, you need to make friends with the cops if you want to stay out of jail. Especially in a town that was infamous for a Corrupt Police Department.
