Another great movie with very deep meanings and outstanding performances of all the actresses. Intense and unforgettable. I really suggest watching it, if you're not afraid of drama and if you (also) don't hate watching films not made to entertain but to reflect and learn something, perhaps even difficult to handle emotionally at some points. The "comfort me" scene is beautiful and devastating. That's a true masterpiece in my opinion.

Such an underated film. I don't think the focal point of the film is LGBT but about how oppressive, harmful, and insane religion is.

Is there any similar movies about for example Islam? Or some other religion? I ever only see movies picture how "insane" Christianity is, although it's about one of the lesser insane ones on the market so to speak. It's quiet strange to me.
