I really like the accordion chords. The unique Eastern European atmosphere of the tone is classical, but I was sort of surprised when the drums enter in the middle of the piece and the rhythm becomes modern.The chords at the beginning of the piece are in a minor key and seem to evoke something in the sense of loneliness and melancholy.I personally thought that the drumming, which begins around 1:03, has a clock-like rhythmic ticking that represents the passage of time.
