NOW I FIXED PHIL'S GRIP PROBLEMS?!

Apparently, fitting one hand in the last 15 years was enough to convince Phil Cardinale to have me fit him from scratch and try to solve his wrist pain issues. As seniors get older and arthritis starts to set in, grip changes must be made in order to remain comfortable and effective! Let's see if I can help him out!
Here is our fitting session and time out on the lanes to see the end result!

I have NEVER gotten a ball fit as thorough as what Nick does. Now that I know what CAN be done by my PSO I will be asking some serious questions. Because $100.00 to have your ball drilled with finger grips and a thumb slug is quite high and not getting any where near the amount of service Nick gives. I even wonder if my PSO even has that knowledge. Good stuff Nick and Phil. "Now that's Radical"

In my opinion getting fit is trial and error I finally got it fit to the point where I have no marks on my fingers or thumb I have no sores no calluses I shorten my span slightly went with a little more reverse in the fingers and about 1/4 reverse in the thumb getting fit for a bowling ball is like getting fit for golf clubs they're both important

Phil's like me. If I move up I still slide in the same spot. I'm also about a foot behind the foul line. Still, manage a low 190 average. I'm trying to get back to around the middle 200's. At 64 it's just not as easy. My best year was 2016 when I averaged 215 and shot 7 700 series in a 32-week season. Nice job helping Phil. I think you've found your calling. lol

Phil is using a glove with a wrist band, should you have checked his span while wearing the glove? BrunsNick, what do you think about an offset thumb? I put my thumb on a line with the middle finger, really help keep me under the ball, I had a short backswing, my style was almost a 1 handed 2 handed style. Some people thought I didn't put my thumb in but I did.
