NOW OPEN: Great Plains Health Oak Street Medical Building 

The Great Plains Health Oak Street Medical Building (OSMB) is now open at the corner of Oak Street and William Avenue in North Platte, Nebraska.
The OSMB is the new home to Great Plains Family Medicine, Great Plains Health Internal Medicine, Great Plains Pediatrics and Great Plains Health Palliative Care.
For check-in, pediatric registration is on the first floor. Family medicine and internal medicine registration is on the second floor.
We look forward to serving you in this new location that puts the patient first. Features include exam tables with adjustable heights, wheelchair scales, on-site lab, on-site X-ray services and a welcoming environment.
