Are they planning on making updates to the interior like using white instead of the brown cabinets and changing the counter top to something more premium like white ? This would make a bit change.

Remember there are 3 other gated communities in the area and one more building so that will drive the price up and the fact that it is 5 minutes from the toll and the town is a big big plus. These prices will become the new normal in St. Catherine and Portmore Prices will increase and as such Kingston prices will go up as well. In my unprofessional and inexperienced opinion
It’s 3500 sqft of land space minimum you can find a lot with a bigger land space so no worry too much but yea the quality and attention to detail is A1
I know it’s gated and the strata is projected to be $6,000 JMD and I know security will be there but I do not know if it is going to be 24 Hour security.
