NoydusThings 180 kickflip. things have gotten rather confusing throughout the years, but think of the 360 flip. only half the rotation would be a 180 kickflip. when your body turns, it would just be Fs or bs kickflip or heel.

Out here in Central California We always called a varial heel(180 heelflip) a Howard flip and we would call a fakie bigheel a Rickflip. Both named after Rick Howard for putting those tricks on the map in the early to mid 1990s.

everytime tony hears "varial flip" he probably cringes, because, well, these were the guys that invented these tricks and named them. so, no, it's not a "varial flip", its a kickflip shuv-it. PS :: I know tony didnt invent the varial flip, but his lingo is being said wrongly. we gotta respect it
