Both mobs leveled up after my 1st reset. Never seen anything like it before. Tried to reset them a couple more times to get em back to 49 but it didn't work. Managed to kill her in the end and get the Mallet :)
The mobs did not level up but part of the "drunk" effect wore off (some version of Rumsey Rum, I guess?). The health of the mobs didn't change, which is a give away for that. Drunk characters in WoW do indeed get overconfident and underestimate the level of enemies for a limited time. This is replicable.
