The only thing which I found bad in this video is good organisation in India still wants techies at affordable cost. Indian techies go abroad because ofcourse it can be lifestyle, infra n blah blah blah but it is mainly money. Start paying greatly and Indian techies will never go abroad and will help in exceptional progress in and for India.
RBI, Govt. and NPCI needs to enforce Banks to Push for RuPay Credit card... Many Banks are not encouraging the Rupay Credit cards including Hdfc bank!! they're rather ready to opt premium Visa cards for free over Rupay credit card!!
Because Big Banks Like World Bank as well as Reserve Bank of India are all directly OR indirectly Owned And Controlled By Rothschild and Gates Family, They are in 🇺🇸 Supporting Visa and mastercard Over Rupay CreditCards!,
Hats off to the work Shri Ashe has done at NPCI wrt the UPI and I just loved the comment in the last 3 minutes about what he thinks about money ie WHATS MONEY FOR HIM.
Awesome achievement and execution relentlessly on the Payment Sector and completely disrupted the segment through inclusion, collaboration, innovation and humility.
Nice..,.. All shall go on and on as long as NATURE is friendly to human .... Else all shall return to STONE age.,... Of course there is nothing wrong to be in DREAMS.... GOD bless all! Bear with pessimist!!!!❤❤❤🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
if in 2013 UPI/VPA was possible then how come Chidambaram mocking online payment system in 2016-17, that too in parliament discussion. It shows the failure of Manmohan Govt.
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) - Founded in December 2008, the NPCI is a not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013, established by the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Banks' Association.

UPI is brilliant. Thanks to visionary leaders like Manmohan singh in starting NPCI for transitioning banking system to future. I think UPI is built on top of IMPS which enabled realtime transaction .

have a lateral question more related to financial transactions - can an individual escrow an amount to say a contractor - where he has the surity or the amount but can en-cash it at my approval - using UPI
Just the way democratisation of finances is happening democratisation of wealth too must happen by spreading facilities to smaller but well equipped ( in terms of education, health, transportation etc.), planned smart cities. Collocation requirement of new or even existing institutions can easily be overcome using technology and smart organisational planning. Huge incomes don’t and can’t give good quality life in mega cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata etc. While love for one’s own city is understandable let’s overcome it for better living in more comfortable, green and nature friendly environs and for better future of our children. Samriddhi Corridor could be developed in Maharashtra to site important national level institutions.
Also restrict bank charges head under which bank leavy charges on whatever pretext to consumers --- first they are monopoly and then they extort consumers
Dilip Asbe... Hats off to you and your team... LET US MOVE ON FROM SHANKER PAI FOUNDER PRESIDENT - MAKE A WILL FOUNDATION - and S. S. C. (ssc = safety and security of community) Foundation - Fire Safety Division ((( 5 devices/ inventions for public good ))
Moving money in 30 seconds is truly a great achievement. But the flip side is you can lose your life savings in 1 minute due to a fake call ! Why the vulgar hurry to move money in seconds? Will the skies fall if it takes say 1 hour to move your money with water tight security against such dangers from scamsters?
So let me just explain!.. You have to go to Bangalore and u need to buy the ticket immediately online. Do you really think that u will be waiting for an hour?
such a ridiculous logic . even a robber can rob someone in a few seconds by showing him a knife !!!! why even to earn money then eh ??? those people who are so afraid and apprehensive about faster payment systems should stick to cheques and passbooks then !!!! even check frauds can happen with fake signatures and other loopholes. nothing is foolproof when it comes to banking systems worldwide.
🏦 Banks are adding Multifactor authentication which could drastically reduce the incidence of online identity theft and other online fraud, because the victim's password would no longer be enough to give a thief permanent access to their information. *Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) An authentication system that requires more than one distinct authentication factor for successful authentication. approvals
Sam - what UPI works on is called a VPA - a virtual private address which looks a bit like an email address. QRCode is not necessary for UPI - it's just one way to enter a VPA. To me what makes UPI unique is that it is an interoperable standard adopted by the entire ecosystem - this is what has led to explosive growth (along with it being free - which makes even small ticket payments possible). Plus linking UPI to Bill Payments, to IPOs etc which is reducing friction for a variety of different payment use cases. I think you should not confuse a data entry mechanism for the underlying system. That would be like saying Google Search is just a textbox on a page.
Some apps have the feature that, you need to scan the QR code only once.if you are a regular to a vendor, you can save as favourite their address and the payment is more seamless.
What we want is anonymous crypto wallets not govt controlled entities and freedom in economic transactions. It is certainly a tech achievement for india. Govt is creating online infrastructure for cash transactions but creating a narrative and crypto is not great technically. AAdhar is violation of rights.
Legislation can determine which technology is better for india for particular thing as they have already determined what rights common people should have! They should have right to determine as they are choosen by people to make decisions taking in mind the best interests of people. Sometimes you will see it’s not working but it does work most of the time and worked wonderfully in most cases.
