NPS returns since it is around 8- 8.5% only, It will be useful if average returns of government employees both state Govt and Central Govt would have been considered. Proper comparison should be done and how much beneficial NPS should be given to the general public.
gov/public sector emplyees ka return 8-9% he rhega , because usme abhi sai equity m bhut kam invest kr rhi h govt as compared to any individual jo 75% limit rkh skta h initial years m equity invest ko. this guy has no idea about this at all. actually bhut kam you tubers ko yh shyd pata hoga ki govt employees k nps account default set hai, and one cannot adjust it on its own !!
bhai ruk ja thoda, its a long term process you will get 8% returns at the end. you joined bank and your nps account started when markets are not at its best , you dont have to worry and if you are a psb emplyee, you dont even have a choice other than that !! :-D

AREE bhai govt. employee ka jo nps cut hota h usme usme bhi employer contribute krta hai and usme alag sai tax rebate bhi li jaa skti hai !!! and employees apna nps account khud sai nhi nhi kr skte define ki kitna % kha invest krna h, sb defalut hota h and same sbka jo 8-9% returns d rha hai.
Not really. U cannot define % but you can choose the category of investment based on your risk appetite. Watch my other video on what changes can Govt Employees make.
With increase in age one shifts from aggressive to defensive option in NPS. Your table are reverse to match with best performance of past. Thus, your video is not good education for investment. It is theoretical.
