The first time I ever shot through a scope was May 6. Today I ran my first live fire ladder drills. I blame you and @bruiserindustries. Thank you for all this precision content, these competition videos are awesome as well to see everything in action.
It’s a little easier and more fun in the team division. I can’t imagine walking around all day by myself for that. I’m sure some guys love that but the way my adhd is setup lol
@@jimmybrodriguez I never even thought about that aspect shooting it solo. I’ll eventually build a bolt gun, maybe for Scottie’s class later this year, and NRL Hunter is definitely the most appealing format. We have a lot more PRS matches, but I ain’t trynna build a 26lb rifle.
Man, awesome video. Thank y’all for coming out! I hope y’all had fun and enjoyed the stages. The wind was pretty rough and I moved targets closer the day before the match to account for it. Looks like y’all did great and I love seeing this content! Can’t wait for the next one!
This weekend I was able to take my 11.5 556 out to 400 yds previously I was only able to shoot to 150yds but with the help of 4dof and a really good guess of my 75 and 77gr muzzle velocity I was able to get first round & consistent impacts on an 8in plate at 300 & 400 yds ! I'm freaking hooked ! The last couple of years I have worked hard on my pistol shooting and inside 100yds with rifle but I want to be a well rounded shooter and it's time to transition I believe!
In your 1st stage while you were shooting the second target, your partner literally went in front of your rifle to grab a tripod. Not a safe move and surprised the RO didn't DQ both of you for that unsafe entry to the line of fire. RO must have missed it....
