After the oil train at County Road 34, I went back north to wait for more trains and I saw this manifest coming so I set up here and waited. NS 1231 leads a manifest east and meets NS 4427 leading a switching move of 17N coming out of the yard and crossing Kilbourne Street #1 as well.
