Following our visit to the Golden Spike Tower, we grabbed some ice and headed to a crossing, only to miss an intermodal and a coal train. While exploring the crossing, I noticed a nearby train that stopped for a crew change before quickly departing. UP 5933 leads a five-engine lashup, which included two BNSF locomotives and one KCSM locomotive, as it accelerated west at the North Airport Road railroad crossing in North Platte on the Kearney Sub.
