If anything, Ntanzi just managed to dig himself deeper and deeper. He's contradicting himself and his legal team and even distancing himself from the versions put forward by his lawyers. Remember the court only needs a reason to doubt his credibility, and thus far he has given them enough. And should his asult story be dismissed and the confessions found to be admissible, that's game over for him.
With all that being said, the description of dreadlocks and gold tooth that was given by the Khumalos does not match Ntanzi. The DNA evidence also does not put him anywhere near the scene actually all the 5 accused. But ke ngoba sise SA, the guys can go down for something they didn't do. The guys voice is full of hurt and it is embarrassing for our justice system 😢
@@peggyshabangu4938 Agreed, none of the physical evidence presented puts him inside the house apart from the eye witnesses that were in the house. But remember he is currently fighting to have the confessions that he and Sibia made to be thrown out, so if he fails in that regards, then those evidence don't matter anymore because he has already confessed.
@mundjele the states jobe is to prove beyond reasonable doubt that Ntanzi's confessions were taken under duress which the state is nowhere close because they are busy trying to to cover up amanga and they are killing their own case with Mjiyako. Imagine someone that is arrested for the first time abandoning bail, like really now
