it does now have offices and also Shops , maybe additional categories in Future , you can watch the tutorial video for more info

I did , I will upload very soon for a real time walkthrough , but it is quite simple You need to only select the object and click on mood you want as in this video You may apply the first array modifier to get maximum control in edit mode
