Surprisingly Sanjoy is seen in CCTV camera in time gaps. A CCTV camera never works in this fashion . Where is the CCTV of entire period of 1AM to 5 AM on that day? Which was asked by CJI . It is the footage that was handed over by KP to CBI.If seminar room is just beside ward as told, his entry in seminar room could have seen. This selective CCTV footage is one of the questions . Why ? Is it normal? Consistent or inconsistent is not judged from the point with videography and actual body .It is judged from the point by point SOP of post mortem report. Where is the material used in such huge injuries? How internal injury happened ? A person can murder by throttling and smothering by two hands at the same time . But how such injury occured internally and externally? Did postmortem report put light on it ? Where is the instrument of injury ? Was it normal instrument or medical instrument or instruments?So , postmortem report will be seen in that light by court . Therefore, mere saliva, semen , DNA is one chapter only . His ability of doing intercourse was tested not under drunk condition , so ability can not be equated with drunk condition and normal condition. So, there is no ground of rely on this chargesheet. When CBI will tell that their investigation is over , then we can tell. If really it is proved that he raped after murder then will he be punished ? What is the section . Injury report tells that injuries were antimortem. So injuries first , where and by what ? So narratives of narrator is reading of partial report of postmortem. Not the full. Postmortem report is not consist of only rape part, rape part will have to be read with injury report. Which are contradictory.

Thank u for not peddling fake narratives like gobar media and other clout chasing youtubers. Thanks to Supreme Court's intervention CBI worked extra hrs and filed chargesheet on time. Wish they're as proactive like this in other cases also. An earnest request. In 10 days it'll be 50 months of CBI investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Pls do have a discussion on the case. It's high time CBI puts an end to fake murder conspiracies and files closure report

Ex CBI officers and multiple experts have claimed time and again that its not possible for a single person to strangulate and smother simultaneously. And stop maligning the doctors they have put their lives at stake for this cause. They have lost a colleague of their own and the way you are mocking them by saying DBI etc is utterly shameful. Given the safety security scenario in WB govt hospitals they are living in constant fear that the other female doctors are also not safe in this situation.
