24:05 He is not building the Metal Storages by accident. He is doing that to Terraform the terrain so he can build an energy Converter after. He basically uses Metal Storages to plain the terrain and build where you couldn't before.
@@kevintrigg3707 It is something about the T2 Metal Storage specifically (both armada and cortex) that makes it more "able" to be placed in rough terrain. Then, after it's placed, the floor it's stepping on gets flat to accomodate the Metal Storage. That means perfect flat ground to build on, wherever you can place a t2 metal storage at least, and no more "i cannot build this because of this one red square" kind of thing you face on rough elevations all the time. The drawback is that it's so tedious to do that is not always worth it.
Gotta love the mysterious quote before nuking the entire map. At this point Nostradamus is just known in the community to be left prepping until he ends the game in yet another unimaginable way
If I ever have him on my team, I'm just gonna make it my mission to build the great wall of china and hold the line until the show is ready. Dude may only be rank22, but he knows how to eco a game ending strat if given the chance.
@UnknownSquid the thing is he doesnt. His eco is the most inefficient thing ive ever seen, to the point where the people around him are doing it so much better if not for the fact they actually contribute to the match If it wasn't for the fact he's left alone the entire game and is able to get to that point, he'd literally be super useless. Fun strats but boy would I hate to play with them.
He even pulled the maneuver against some thick anti nuke. The top lava zone player had a ton of anti nuke built, it only let him live long enough to see the rest of his team die.
What does Matthew 13:37 mean? Jesus begins to explain to His disciples the meaning behind a parable that He taught to a large crowd (Matthew 13:24-30). Now the crowd is gone, and Jesus and His disciples are alone in a house, likely in Capernaum (Matthew 13:36). The parable began with Jesus comparing the kingdom of heaven to a man who planted good seed in his field. In that parable, the man who sowed a field represents Jesus Himself, the "Son of Man." The title "Son of Man" is how Jesus most often described Himself (Matthew 26:24; Mark 2:10; Luke 7:34; John 8:28). He was a literal son of man in the sense that He was fully human. However, this is also an important symbol of the Messiah, taken from a vision seen by Daniel (Daniel 7:13-14). Jesus Christ was also this "Son of Man" described as ruling over all peoples forever. Jesus was both man and God, and the fulfillment of prophecy, which may be why He took on this specific descriptor so frequently. can't make sense of this shit but nostra's version's pretty straight forward.
had to pause the video: but in this game and a last few of your vids mate the music has been way too loud (nothing against the sound track) to the point where i cannot hear you talking over what is going on or hearing your thoughts on things. Perfect example in this video around the 12:30 mark the music swells and basically drowns you out. Definitely recommend lowering the music on future vids, personally im here to watch the match and hear your commentary, not listen to the music (again nothing against the soundtrack but most of the time i only care for the music when im actually playing games lol) edit: now that i've finished the video - i love that Nostra has basically gotten a rep now as the guy in the back who will do something big/crazy- red team built a lot of AA to counter the transports because that Chaotic guy has seen it happen, but instead we got this beauty haha.
idk the voice of this dude is so nice to listen to. ur not too loud not too quiet not to fast/slow its just spot on. and u happen to moderate my current fav game
Absolutely. It was the first widget I ever installed and can’t live without it. It frustrates me watching other players who don’t have it on and are trying to figure out their energy conversion rate. Such a small footprint for massive info impact :)
Just found your channel and this game and it looks like a blast. Definitely going to be spending some time learning how to play over the next few weeks.
Also, gotta love the tactical advice you're giving about air play: yes, absolutely! Bring the def fighters in around and behind the bombers! Air superiority is about who can best utilize their fighters, not how many you have (though having lots of fighters helps).
very underwhelming nuke explosion. In FAF, the nuke is as bright as looking inte sun like it should be, something special, a Highlight, not just a bigger explosion like this, how disappointing.
You need about 5 anti-nuke for each nuke. Since he had like 60, they only needed 12. They had about 10 in the center. All they needed was 15 in every corner.
comments on UI bottom right info is hard to see on Mobile even at 1080p. It would be nice for Eco numbers in bottom right to be bigger. left side speed controls are too big. Its hard to tell who the top middle Eco info relates to. Maybe selected name at right middle should be top middle.
This game is good for about one week. Then you realize it’s not a great game. It’s designed very badly. Mostly how units blow up. But this games honestly has no replay value. Fun for a while then just boring
I hope you're joking. The real verse from Matthew would have fit in an ironic way though: Matthew 13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
I'm just gonna praised nostra's teamates here for carrying "The Rocket man" until he could becomes like that especially the frontliner whom given so much attention to defensive line properly. Not easy sometimes holding the line like that. And lucky it's lava not water otherwise it's harder to turtle up since boat could harrass the left flank and/or the right flank frontliner using boats from the sea causes decreases air defense and anti air units/infrastructure.
Haven't tried yet, but judging how in BAR you can issue the move command with holding and dragging and the group will evenly spread along the drawn line. This works for other commands too. So I expect it works for attack too.
@@BrightWorksTV Darn....I would understand if they took a slow damage over time, since being only a few feet above lava would still be hot as hell, but yea taking the same damage as anything else is weird.
Their big downside is the metal to energy ratio. There's good use cases but often time they are forgotten about and can end up hindering early economies
they really should be able to since they don't actually touch the lava or take less damage since only the heat of the air from the lava can effect them, so lugheads t3 hovers should be able to make it lol.
I hate players like this... No one needs 800-1000+ metal per second income. And if you team is good enough to hold for you while you contribute NOTHING for 30 minutes you could have won the game far sooner if you actually played with your team. It's just selfish play.
Ahh yes, the old "It's bad manners to have fun instead of playing as efficiently as possible" attitude. F outta here dude. People play games to have fun. Go play Starcraft...
It'd be a problem if he did nothing whilst the front crumbled, but the point of the eco role is to make big plays late game if the enemy team is unable to apply serious pressure. The front did a good job, air did a great job too, red team didn't work out how to press. Nostra could have ended the game earlier, but I don't think it detracts from people if the game lasts 10 more mins for a statement move like this. The important thing I think is to recognise that it takes a whole team to enable this sort of play - @brightworkgaming it would probably be a good thing if you'd call out that a bit more with these epic moves as crediting the enablers for these star moves will probably help keep a healthier community, rather than encouraging divas.
@@ninjez07 correct, red team didn't pressure enough that allowed Nostra to just continue doing what he wants, otherwise he'd have to change up and start contributing to the front. Don't do a Drongo and ignore front while it crumbled while still trying to nuke.
17:42 no, building all at the same time is the OPPOSITE of efficient. Building them one by one, so each can contribute as soon as possible is the efficient way.
