Testing Impulse 2.0 at the Braidwood Nuclear Cooling Lake. Total fishing time was 4 hours using method feeders coupled with plastic maize hook baits. Seven fish were caught in total, with five of these (71%) falling to Impulse dosed baits.

Hi Patrick quick question after listening to you a podcast which I found fascinating. I'm a carp fisherman in the UK and I have some lysine powder could you advise me as best to use it? How much should I add to say a 1kg of spod mix consisting of boilie crumb for example.

Single aminos are really hard to control as the concentration window is very narrow. I highly recommend a dual amino blend such as the Impulse additive (www.biosourcebaits.com) as this works over a much broader range of concentrations, so makes for a much more effective bait additive.
