Their diecast are even more impressive, but yeah, they're a great deal for what you get. My BaiQi is sitting on my dining table waiting for his turn to be worked on!
Probably the Bai Qi, the yellow one that I've been needing to post. That kit took the frame of the Cao Ren and upgrades it, made it more poseable, and made for an even more impressive kit!
Cool model, but not for me. But I do have a question for you the store you go to what is it's name?. The reason I am asking is ower store for some reason can no longer get victric models so we are looking for another place to order from and you have had them on the channel thanks 🙏😇🇺🇸
I'd say as long as you have competent tools, a large enough workspace, time, and patience, anyone can handle it! There's nothing overtly complex. A lot of the attachment points where the pieces are on the plastic gates will need cleaning off after removing, but a good pair of clippers will take care of that. The only real challenge involved here is just the time component- there's a lot of parts to build and get through!
Pretty much- there's a few extra weapons as well, but considering how long ago it was released and how much the price has continued to climb, the kit is the better option. Or if you want to really go all- in, they've got a new diecast figure coming out that's probably going to end up twice the size of this model and clock in at over 500 dollars US!
My go to shops are usually Gundamit and Big Bad Toy Store. I know there's other sites out there that carry these, but those are my favorites due to prices, shipping, and inventory.
The diecast figures these guys make are 1:72, just to make the scales even more confusing! Technically this is a non-scale kit, but it's definitely within the realms of a MG/ 1:100 sized kit.
