Nugget Finder Xceed 12x7" First Outing

I was lucky enough to be selected to try out one of the new Nugget Finder 12x7" Xceed coils for the GPX6000. This coil is a test coil, and I was asked to use it under normal prospecting conditions, and report my findings. So that's what I did. I left the goldfields feeling very impressed with it. Did I find gold? Well you'll just have to watch to the end to find out! And yes, I will be selling the Xceed range of coils as soon as they are released. phasetechnical....

It definitely sounded a lot more stable, hopefully one day I'll be able to afford a 6000 haha, beautiful piece of gold 🇦🇺🤠⛏️

Thanks mate. Yeah, the only time it got a bit ratty was when I had the phone over head, obviously in the way of the coils extended field haha.

My questions answered: no need to wait for the 16x10, the 12x7 goes deep enough. I wonder when I can buy it.

That button would have given you a heart attack. What sensitivity did you run?

More an initial disappointment, and then "wow this can still punch deep" moment. Using Sens 4 most of the time.

I usually use 2 or 3, but found I could use 4 most of the time with the Nugget Finder.

Nice testing mate. The depth capabilities were good and seemed similar in comparison to the NF evo series for the GPX 4000-5000.

Yeah, it was a bit of let down, but also good to know the coil still has a bit of punch on bigger targets.

Good video, thanks for doing that, really looking forward to getting this coil and the little guy. Right before you said I wish I brought a pinpointer I was thinking he needs to get himself a pinpointer :)

Yes, wasn't expecting to dig any deep holes to be honest, so put my mini tripod in the pin-pointer pouch.

Yes, in worked ground, gold and trash can really be anywhere.

Yeah sorry. Just sounded like a broad ground noise, but consistent. Had to knock off a few inches before it became a proper signal.

The 6000 is different on threshold, you don’t seem to get a break in it only a quiet lift. I personally feel auto 1 is underrated and operating in manual is like having an automatic car and locking it in one gear?
