Nuisance Neighbors blocking my Driveway Episode 1 

You should just let them illegally park there and block the driveway and have a tow truck company on speed dial and watch them get towed away with pure bliss every time 💖✨

I know a guy who bought a heavy duty fork lift, and parked it at the end of his driveway with a sign that said "Block this driveway and I will use this to dump your vehicle in the river". He had to use it once in 2 years.

Growing up we had an older gentleman living two houses down. His wife was ill and had frequent dr visits People were always blocking him in. No amount of discussion and tickets stopped them. He collected fired bullets from the range and used a slingshot to shatter the offending car windows. Cops were called because people thought someone was shooting at their cars. Word got around and no more blocked driveway. He told me this years later. I think the cops knew but they also knew about his wife’s situation. However I can’t confirm.

Maybe have the cops come & ticket them for being illegally parked.

It's a damn day care. Complain DAILYto the police... they will soon get tired of the calls and do something... like shutting them down.

Call the non-emergency police number and ask if you can call a tow truck. If they say you can. Do it. Don't tell anybody at all. Do not talk about it. Just do it. Let them know you are not planning to do any back-and-forth for a day or years. You're going to go into action and keep your videos. My cam keeps videos 25 days. If you'd doesn't keep them long, at the end of the day, rewind and use your cell to record your cam screen for the time the cars were blocking. You'll have the video of the videos on your cell with the date and time in the corner of the security cam screen.

PD’s do not enforce illegal parking .You have to fight tooth and nail to as most PD’s are a joke today . 1 instance :Had someone illegally blocking my driveway so we couldn’t get out or around . Police officer talked to both parties and then left never to be heard from again….

No business license? Should report it to city hall. That's income for the city.

Deliberately blocking a drive repeatedly is against emergency response laws in every countrey that I know of . FILE A LAWSUIT FOR CRIMINAL ENDAGERMENT PARKING AGAINST THE REGERSTATION OF CAR INVOLVED. Demand the court sells the car at sheriff auction and can't replace car unless the move at least 1 mile away and can't park a regerestered car within 3 blocks for a minimum of 10 years . Or loose the right to drive and own a vehicle. ( if emergency services can't get in and out because of illegal parking it can be taken by sheriff depth and sold after court hearing for repeatedly blocking a driveway. THIS INCLUDES BLOCKING A SCHOOL BUS OR MEDICAL CAB OR HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE)

Lol all these comments about towing have no idea what its like having a neighbor like this. Mine does this and i am in the midst of a lawsuit. They stop and park for several minutes then they leave. But its always occurring thats the issue.

Trying to move house in the UK. Twice the removal firm have turned up to find a strangers car on the privately owned drive ' I think it's deliberate ' When I called the police they said it was a civil matter and didn't want to know

I live in Scotland. I own my home and I live in a street where many rent from local authority. I own the land and parking spaces of my driveway. Now just to be fair if there was an emergency or the street was full it wouldn't be much of a problem now and again but the thing is there are loads of parking spaces free. They arent visiting neighbours. My mrs asked someone ages ago politely to not use our drive. Ever since a couple of different cars have taken the liberty to park on our drive. Its annoyinf because when you work crappy jobs to buy your home and bring up kids, you expect to be able to enjoy your home in peace. We keep ourselves to oursleves and dont bother anyone. Its really weird behaviour and not the done thing to park in other peoples driveways. Its obviously some kind of noise up and for months I have ignored it, but I'm not small guy either and I actually feel like kicking their heads in, but there is no point doing that and going to jail over a parking space. What is annyoimg as well is that regardless of them doing it and being a nuisance, there is no law in Scotland against it. There should be. Its not fair when you work hard and other folk take liberties. I am sick of it. Any advice?

Call the cops get their cars towed.

Sucks to live in a school zone, bound to happen especially if their lil kids, they wanna pre park get their kids and go

Peter Craig u need to treat yourself to a hydraulic trolley Jack (UK name) & pick the nuisance vehicles up @ their rear end & u should be able to manouvere the vehicle any where close by,I've seen it done !

It;s not very clear - which is your drive and who are the neighbors? Which car is yours, if any?

Do you live next to a daycare center or what?

call you're local police and prosecutor and ask them what you can do. each state is different but they tell you to call a tow truck or place a sign on you're property

But did you do anything about it? Bc I would be towing. Dropping off your kids or not, I don't care. Throw some eggs at their car & maybe some of those stickers that are hard to remove directly on their windshield, they'll take the hint. But I'm petty

Cant tell if thats the end of the road there or a road that keeps going on down.. if its a dead end into a building or something than yall are pretty much screwed.. unless yall make your driveway angled parking where you all pull towards the way all the other cars are parking.. that way you could get out and wouldnt be double parked all the time.. and they could still park all the cars there they do.. or you get em busted for selling drugs because thats a hell of alotta people who are in and out of whatever the place is..

I would've not bought that house. Hope your situation is doing better.

Simple solution..grab a water hose and just start blasting. They'll move.

So you have 3 spots .. and your upset people are dropping off kids .. with hazards on .. ..

How much inconcvenience are they actually causing you? You don't seem to be out there in a car trying to enter or exit the driveway in these instances, so what harm is being done?

It looks like all the debris was doing was dropping off and picking up children. In some cases the hazard lights were on so I really wouldn’t call this blocking your driveway🤷🏽‍♂️

Well, no wonder! You live in a city with limited parking. That explains it. If you aren’t patient enough to wait for them to move? Perhaps you need to move?

If you going to let them punk you and you sit there and not do anything, why post it? All you are doing is showing your a punk that does nothing.
