I mean the part where you refer to some changes perhaps to Damage Control and resists? I know it changed a while back, made passive and such, but I didn't find anything in the March updates.

In March all ships got 33% structure resists for free, it's now the normal amount of structure resists for every ship in the game. and Damage Control was nerfed from 60% on T2 to 40%. (which gives old 60% when put on 33% resists). Basically, Damage Control is not as important as it used to be, since now you have 33% resists on structure. So Damage Mods are about equal to a DC now on most frigates, instead of before where you always wanted a Damage Control on everything.

okay, thank you. I alt-f'ed for "damage" and "resist" but didn't find that. That's the kind of change I was expecting given your comments.
