A drum cover of Number 8 by Dave Grusin and the N.Y./L.A Dream Band from their concert in 1982.
I recently found out this song from Minoru Mukaiya's session at the Yamaha EastWest concert in 2018, where he played a different arrangement with a bunch of amazing musicians (would encourage you to check that out too!). But that lead me to find the original version of this song, which is upbeat and has a very funky feel and pocket. I hope you enjoy my cover of it!
