Numbers | Radiolab Podcast 

I'm pretty sure no one is going to see this, but it kinda gave me goose bumps... The part where they are talking about babies thinking logarithmicaly (sorry, i can't spell [yes, it would take less time to look up the spelling than to type all this {because I'm stubborn, i guess}]), it reminded me of this episode of "hidden brain" I'm pretty sure called "Follow the Anomalies"... There was this part where this fellow was talking about a particular... i think it was an experiment... basically, you go to get a clock/radio, and the person at the store says that the price is $25 here, but at their other store a few miles away, it's $20... Then asks, basically, what would you do? Now go to the same store on a different day for a $250 tv... the person says that the same tv is at their other store a few miles away for $245... again, what do you do...? Now, i live in a city where i could knit pick this and say i wouldn't travel for either because traffic sucks... but I'd obviously be missing the point... if I'm being honest with myself, I'm way more likely to travel for the clock/radio than for the tv... For the life of me, right now, i don't think the reason for this was discussed on hidden brain... i think it was more of the guest that day explaining that we do shit that isn't always necessarily logical and that (while it is indeed changing) economic theories were built on the principle of a logical human mind... i suppose... I'm having another thought from some other video on veritasium, but before i go there... what if this illogical behavior isn't, well... i want to say, what if it isn't "illogical" or "wrong", but... i mean... eh... now I'm thinking about evolution... doesn't matter... whatever... maybe i just get those bumps too easily...

What a fun episode, i cant pay for that subscription but i love the new and old eps yall put out in my feed!!

That was quite an aggressive if not toxic subscriptions pushing. Why not subscribe though? Because what you do now for the past 3-4 years is not Radiolab, it’s a shame you still call it that.
